Plan #1 - 100% Commission
Monthly fee with no transaction fee
Plan #2 - 100% Commission
Small monthly fee with a transaction fee up to a certain volume in the calendar year
Plan #3 - Commission Split
Monthly institutional advertising, insurance, website + 85/15 split with brokerage
